Job Description: This candidate will work on Food Network and Travel Channel clients, as well as select food and home brands.
Client
Lead client meetings and planning sessions
Serve as key day-to-day client contact
Manage 5-8 clients and proactively generate new ideas and opportunities to ensure client program success
Media
Pitch clients' top-tier and other media
Develop strong relationships with media
Generate and implement targeted ideas for all facets of media outreach and pitch efforts
Writing
Work with team to create client materials
Instruct staff in the areas of writing and editing as necessary
Spearhead the development of strategic client plans
Team Participation
Serve as a role model to other team members
Responsible for account activity including staying on track with plans & reports
Continually update manager on progress of activities
Junior Staff
Contribute to work plan of junior team members
Execute performance review reports
Help junior staff to manage workload
Ensure team is motivated and happy
Candidates must possess:
Solid print, online and broadcast contacts and experience
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Related client experience
